• Location Data: If you grant permission, we use your location to help you find nearby golf courses and players. You can disable location access anytime in your device settings.

• Provide and improve TeeSheet’s core features, including game creation and invitations.
• Send confirmations and reminders related to games you are invited to or participate in.
• Enable users to invite you to games through the App
• Personalize your experience and show relevant course suggestions
• Analyze usage data to enhance app performance and user experience

3. SMS / Text Messaging (Game Invitations Only)

If you choose to opt in, TeeSheet may use your phone number only to send SMS messages for game invitations initiated by other TeeSheet users.

TeeSheet does not send:

• Promotional or marketing messages.
• Advertising messages.

Message frequency varies based on how often you receive game invitations.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

4. How We Share Information

We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, and SMS delivery services), solely for the purpose of providing TeeSheet services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our users’ safety and our legal rights.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can update your account information at any time from your profile settings.
• You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
• You may disable location permissions in your device settings.
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@teesheetapp.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

TeeSheet is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Data Retention

We retain user information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
